Many of us are excited that fall is here!! We love the foliage, pumpkin everything, football and many us love the all the amazing meals and treats that come along with not only the fall and holiday season.
For many of us it is a time to FALL off of our fitness routine!
I have been taking a Body Pump class by Les Mills at my local gym and I love it!! It is an original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! A new class is released every three months with new music and choreography so you do not get bored.
For the Golfers in the area it is getting into the season they dread when they have to bundle up or they freeze. There is a trainer on the South Shore who is running a golf clinic. The Golfers experience a workout routine that will guarantee longer drives, lower scores, and the ability to play pain and injury free. They cover effective warmups, stretches, cardio/strength conditioning exercises and drills that will build the strength, endurance, flexibility and balance that will guarantee improvements to your game. It thought this sounded interesting for golfers.
